  2. It isn't about protecting election workers. It's all about protecting illegitimate election results (because questioning the results of an election will now get treated as harassment or threats).

  3. And additionally, even if you implement multiple-day voting (I could readily accept that option), NONE of the vote totals should be reported until ALL the voting is done. I'm sure the news agencies would hate that, but life's tough all over.

  5. We should just be respecting everybody's personal rights and choices, but understanding that **NO** single group has more rights than any other. ANY form of preferential treatment is wrong in a free society. We need to be judging people on their own individual actions and how they interact in a civilized society. What happens between two consenting adults is their own business, and just as it isn't our business, we also don't want to hear about it.

  6. Oh, they know how to count... "two for our guy, none for yours. THREE for our guy, none for yours. Two for our guy, we'll grudgingly give one for yours". They also know how to count bribe payments.

  7. The problem isn't gender reassignment in itself. But it is a choice that should ONLY be made by a well-informed consenting ADULT. Not something to be decided on a whim, and not something to be forced on children still trying to understand themselves.

  11.  @axidhaus  Ah, but it will. Companies will find themselves being fined on made up charges, and the likelihood and size of the fine will be inversely proportional to the amount they contributed to the incumbents' political campaigns.
