  2. More true than you realize. RedHat is adding more upon more upon more layers and levels of managers, with fewer and fewer people doing actual WORK. It's an infestation from IBM. Team leads get dragged into "management" roles, which means they are no longer doing real work. Then someone else gets the team lead pushed on them, only to become yet another manager later. It's like the old saying: too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.
