I'm not a fan of NYC myself, I don't go there anymore, but I can understand why Louis had kept his business in NYC pre-pandemic, as that was where most of his customer base was, bringing in walk-in business. Now that everything has been going primarily mail-in, NYC seems more of a liability than a benefit.
