Now as for your final comment, I really don't think you would find anyone who wants innocent civilians murdered by any means regardless of who, However there are certain people that are just EFFED UP!!! (I didn't discard your argument pertaining to the customers, just not the direction I was going because thats a no brainer)

  15.  @sebcw1204  If a EMPLOYEE gets a thought in their head after making statements that go unchecked that person will get ideas that this behavior is acceptable and they will become more emboldened (I've seen this in my business) to continue their behavior and it will snowball. This in turn "CREATES" the illusion of superiority! As if they are the boss instead of following the rules they will believe they make them and act accordingly, until their behavior is addressed........Power trip style! No rules=chaos/anarchy........
