Elite, rich, white lawyers will always run the state for the benefit of elite, rich, white lawyers and other, similar professionals of their class (ok, it’s my class, too, but that doesn’t mean I share all their values or opinions). I thought this Labor Party was supposed to represent all of the working classes, not just the richest, elite stratum of them. But, what do I know, I’m American. I watch Dr. Starkey not for modern British politics, but for the vast amount of British and Anglosphere history he knows. Even in an off-topic video like this one, I know I will learn some interesting history from him.
