If sanctions are removed how will cuba make money then? By trading with usa and American tourists visiting cuba.   21. A main reason most of world adopted capitalism after 1990 was destroying of soviet union. They got money even if they had bad economy but now ussr is gone what will they do now. They have to adopt capitalism only. Cuba didn't that's why they're facing situation like this otherwise Cambodia,laos and Vietnam are doing fine from socialist market economy
