Example rent: A austrian in Vienna can afford 37 qm in average, in Moscow only 23 qm in average. Example fuel: You drive in Russia in average 18.000 km/year, in Austria 13.000 km/year. But Austrians have 70% more cars per 1000 people than Russians. So a Austrian can afford more driving than a Russian. Example medicine: a Austrian can afford better medicine und lives therfore 10 years longer than a Russian. And of course you can get a emergency any time in Austria, the insurance will pay for it.
