Yea, born in '62, and the parents got divorced, mom went on food stamps, and I became a pariah of sorts, wearing hand-me downs that never fit, and never really fitting in to society... And watching our world crumble, slowly at first, but rapidly becoming worse...

You weren't the only one with divorced parents back in '62, and if you were not black, welfare was hard to get. I had two white friends of mine, with divorced parents, quit school to help make ends meet.
