  2. First of all, minimum wage was never meant to raise a family on, or try to make a lifestyle out of. Fast food restaurants were never meant to support families. Should have stayed in school and/or got something better than a "liberal arts" degree.

  6.  treydarling  The first big company in America to pay a minimum wage was Ford, and he paid them a good wage that he decided on, could afford, and still maintain growth. You can thank government and unions for making that impossible afterwards. You realize that by FDR's own words, a large number of companies in this country shouldn't even exist, so send them overseas with the rest.
