  4. robotmaster-that may have been true in the 60's (well, hell, it was true) but pollution wise, America is at least trying to clean up it's act. Leave it to cleveland to do something so desperate to get attention. I live in St. Louis. I only wonder what bone headed move this city will try, as it seems the further down the well a city goes, the dumber the moves are for recognition.
