  8. Bullshit!!! I would think one of the reasons why you WOULD bribe your kid's way into any school is because of quota's. Why should some unqualified kid get a diploma my kid qualifies for? That would cause the wallet to break out. That's my kid's FUTURE we're talking about, and I wouldn't have it compromised due to 'quotas'. That's how I feel. And I don't even have children.
