  4.  Quail Man  Really? I knew of a guy who spent over 30 years on death row. 30 years of feeding and clothing him, with a roof over his head. He got new teeth, a triple by-pass, and cataract surgery on one eye. Tell me how it would be more expensive to inject him.

  5. Rehabilitation is a good idea for other types of criminals. Once you kill someone, that's it. You are no longer viable for rehabilitation, and we should not have to pay for your food, clothes, shelter, and medical needs for the rest of your life. And we can't base our decisions on 'faulty verdicts', either. A murder trial is always thoroughly investigated.
