  1. And we grade-schoolers were listening, learning, and adapting to it, just like grade-schoolers should... The adults dropped the ball, gave up, and it just went away.... I'm 61 years old, still listening to Europe's complaints about this, and at 61, I get to say "I was a kid at this time, and I blame the adults"...

  2. OK, at 66 you remember when we were going to make the metric a USA standard, right? I'm 61, was learning it, and suddenly, it just kind of... went away... The adults just quit.....
