Also, if you go to a spot where the unemployment is high, (no fear of having a job thrust upon you) the pickings are too slim for the average gang-banger. City's are the refuge of drug addicts, welfare cheats, and criminals. It's just easier there. Of course, I fully expect you to throw every factoid about crime and drug addiction in rural areas at me that you can find, but we all know the truth.
