  2.  @oltedders  Stupidity? The law states that he HAS to receive and accept a token amount. One dollar is the standard. This applies in many areas, including inheritance laws. I will pardon your ignorance this time.

  3. My grandfather, who I never met, was half "Cherokee nation" and half something else. What does that make me? A MUTT! There's Sicilian, Irish, Native American, and at least two other "unknowns" in my bloodline. I don't go around claiming any "status" as Native American, as I feel you should be FULL BLOODED to make any such claim. That would also go for any government money that is due to Native Americans. (I heard something about that, don't know the details)
