If someone doesn't want to be called racist, sexist, etc..., then maybe his / her words and actions shouldn't give that impression to others.
1
If this does turn out to be deliberate, then one group of people knows exactly how the fire started (the perpetrators) and one group will discover how it started (the investigators).
1
+beaconinthedark I still have a miniature one, somewhere in storage.
1
Considering that you took the time and energy to not only click on this video, but also leave a comment, I'd say that you do. 🤣
1
@robynhawkins48 Really? When I'm bored, I try to find something to do that I actually like. So as I pointed out in my original comment, this video and/or its topic must be something you like, especially since you added another view to it.
1
@j.michaellopez9880 It was 1936, actually. Considering Edward's purported Nazi sympathies, it's a good thing that he abdicated well before World War II started (1939).
1
+Richie Holland Wouldn't that be less of an issue for her since she's gaining residency through marriage?
1
The Queen is 95 years old, Biden is 78. The US Constitution doesn't set an upper age limit on any federal political office.
1
@yesterdayyousaidtomorrow4034 Okay, but the US Constitution still doesn't set an upper age limit for federal office.
1
@yesterdayyousaidtomorrow4034 Really all depends on the person.
1
Not that I expected the news announcer to be doing somersaults over this, but she could've sounded a little more cheerful.
1
That doesn't give anyone the right to threaten retaliatory violence.
1
Has London ever had an earthquake in modern times?
1
+Richard Herrero Making educated guesses as to how people may have voted is not how a referendum or election should be conducted.
1
+Richard Herrero No argument from me about that.
1
+DED DOA I'm surprised that people can't seem to grasp the concept of when they click on a video, it tells the video publisher that there's interest in the topic, and it encourages more of the same. Then they wonder why there's so many videos about that topic.
1
+DED DOA Okay, I can understand the argument about the license fee. As far as autoplay is concerned, however, that can be turned off.
1
Not current news, true, but it is a record of an historic event.

There's no legal requirement for Trump to admit that he lost the election. As long as he's packed and ready to walk out the door of the White House by noon on January 20, 2021, he can whine and cry about the results for the rest of his life.
1
+Antonius Raja I can't dispute that, but that shouldn't excuse the excessive force the Guardia Civil used against peaceful protesters.
1
+Alexandre Wozikowski And how exactly would forcing people of European descent from North America to Europe work? If the vast majority of those people had a choice, they'd want to go to the UK or Ireland simply because those countries use English. Both countries together couldn't handle hundreds of millions of immigrants. And if they didn't have a choice, how do you determine where they would go? Ancestry? That's not going to work out too well since we're so mixed, most of us probably don't even know what our ancestry exactly is.
1
+ThePp12345678 The last I heard was that Catalonia, if it gains independence, wants to be part of the EU.
1
+Sir Francis T. Woolridge "Every" law enforcement? It just seems to me, from what I had seen live from Sky News and France 24 (both streams legally available here on YouTube 👍) the morning of the referendum, that the response of the Guardia Civil was out of proportion to the actual actions of the Catalan people and government. Although the referendum was illegal, it was civil wrongdoing as opposed to criminal, and should've been addressed as such.
1
+Sir Francis T. Woolridge Plus, I believe that all the current EU members have to approve a new nation's application anyway, right? I think I read somewhere this week that Spain had already stated it wouldn't approve a Catalan application even if the EU considered it.
1
@WhiteLivesMatter96 Believe me, I can be very critical about how people communicate in English. However, my intention here was to be informative, not confrontative.
1
@susanmansell5081 It's been approximately 21 years since the alleged rape, the statute of limitations has probably run out by now.
1
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the Danish PM's native language isn't English and she probably wanted to be sure that she said what she wanted to say clearly and accurately.
1
So that live hearing didn't happen? Okay. 🤨
1
@mboiko: At the time this video was uploaded, I don't think Ms. Kim's race had been called. That'd be my guess as to why she wasn't included. Now as to your assertion that the BBC was ignoring Republican women, take another peek at the 0:56 mark. That Republican woman is Marsha Blackburn, the first woman to be elected US Senator from Tennessee.
1
It's been approximately 21 years since this alleged rape occurred. The statute of limitations has probably run out by now.
1
@angussstudio6139 In theory, I agree. However, the longer it takes for the crime to be reported, the less likely it'll be that law enforcement and prosecutors will be able to gather solid evidence to convict the suspect.
1
And start a war with the other 20+ members of NATO?
1
I wouldn't swear to this, but I'm thinking it might be because the Americans that served in the Korean War were there as part of an UN mandate.
1
That wasn't a decision made at the corporate level, but by the franchise that owns that specific location.
1
@daremz101 Again, I'm not saying that I think it's okay for older kids to have pacifiers, I was just making an observation.
1
@leizzell4827 Did I post a comment that said it was? How many times do I have to post that I was making an observation! 🙄
1
If you don't think your license fee is being spent appropriately, contact your MP.
1
I would imagine that meant emissions from unnatural sources (cars, factories, etc...).
1
@fredo1070 I'm not sure if electricity generated by solar panels would be enough to operate a central heating system at this point, but that surely can't be too far off. Right now, however, there's always wood and gas via fireplaces and heating stoves.
1
@fredo1070 I don't live in the UK, so I don't know what other options you'd have available if gas and wood aren't going to be available in the near future.
1
How would Greenland be free if it's a US territory?
1
Harry was pointing out that he was told that babies' looks change during the first two weeks after birth so it's a little early to know who little Archie resembles.
1
If I were you, I wouldn't be admitting right now that you know the cause of the fire. If it does turn out to be deliberate, then the only people who know the cause right now are those who are responsible for it.
1
+Monarchist 18 The EU may not like the fact that the UK wants to pull out, but it did accept the results of the referendum. Otherwise, why else would the EU and the UK be having talks about issues that need to be resolved before the formal separation?
1
+Everything Cool The original post was a joke . 🤦♀️
1
+Kaya They also don't have the brains to realize that when they click on the video, it registers as a view, which only encourages the BBC to make more videos that these people don't like.
1
Bible Broadcasting Network's personal computer?
1
One can only hope that people finally wise up this year and stop using infantile words like "woke".
1
@goodmorning1476 Twitter isn't a government agency. It's under no legal obligation to provide a platform for the speech of people it deems objectionable.
1
I think everyone is ignoring Scotland's views. Any deal that gives Northern Ireland a "special status" is going to cause Sturgeon to start stamping her feet demanding the same for Scotland since it voted to remain.
