  2. Those who are natural born citizens can't be deported. Besides, you should really be careful what you wish for. A government that has the power to target a specific ethnic or racial group for deportation (even ignoring that natural born citizens can't be deported) won't stop with just the people you dislike. More than likely, people that have last names like "Diaz" would be the next target.
