I can't put my finger on why, but Musk has never seemed trustworthy to me. I think those who are celebrating his acquisition of Twitter in the hopes that he'll turn it into a forum where anything goes regardless of the harm it could cause might end up being disappointed.

@goodmorning1476 Twitter isn't a government agency. It's under no legal obligation to provide a platform for the speech of people it deems objectionable.
