  1. I'm probably going to regret asking this, but why would the FBI and/or the CIA arrange for a shooting on a college campus? To provide a pretense for taking guns away from "law abiding citizens"? I hate to sound cynical, but if the government didn't take any meaningful action when 20 innocent young children were massacred nearly 11 years ago, then I can't imagine any shooting incident that will make your paranoid fear come true.
