  2. It hasn't been announced what kind of cancer Charles has, just what kind he doesn't have. As far as Catherine is concerned, my only critique of how her situation was handled is that she should've followed her father-in-law's example and put out the occasional photos or videos showing her keeping up with what's going on with her charities and other groups she's involved with. I won't claim that would've stopped all the speculations and conspiracy theories, but I believe it would've kept them from spiraling as out of control as they did.
