  4.  @Itsjustmattfolks  I was under the impression that you were referring to every Tom, Debra, and Harry being able to pick up people that they thought were here illegally without any way to determine the targets' actual status. I still am leery of your idea, but at least I get that you aren't advocating full on vigilantism. 🙂
