Supposedly, Rep. Bradford has been told before by Rep. Metcalfe to keep his hands to himself. If that is the case and Bradford just can't or won't stop, I don't blame Metcalfe for calling him out on it. However, accusing Bradford of being homosexual was definitely uncalled for.
