  37. +Josh McDonald That and all the comments insisting that since Sherlock is in the Victorian era, the Doctor has to be involved somehow.   I'd love to see a Doctor Who / Sherlock crossover as much as the next person, but if it ever happens, it probably won't be as a full episode or special. My guess is that it would be a sketch for Children in Need or Comic Relief.
