  2. I don't think anyone renting that island is going to actually live there full time. It seems like it'd be more of a vacation spot for someone well off.

  3. Wouldn't that depend on where this island is located? For example, I wouldn't expect to be kidnapped by Somali pirates if this island is in the middle of the Caribbean.
