You can remove a channel from your recommendations by going to the home page and, if you see a video being recommended from the unwanted channel, click on the three vertical dots next to the title of the video, then click "Don't recommend channel". Another thing that will help is not clicking on the videos of the unwanted channel in the first place. Otherwise, YouTube thinks you do want to see videos from the channel.
