  5. Capaldi started in 2014 and completed three series: 8 (2014), 9, (2015), and 10 (2017).

  6. I thought the numbering discrepancy had already been explained ages ago. The 12th Doctor is known as such because he's the 12th incarnation that feels entitled to call himself the Doctor. The War Doctor didn't feel he was worthy to bear that title because of the horrible acts he committed during the Time War so he was skipped as far as numbering is concerned. The Duplicate 10th Doctor was technically a separate person because he had bits of both Ten and Donna in him so he never factored in the numbering at all.
