  4.  @Jedi_Spartan  Addison? Yes, he played one of Missy's subordinates in the last couple of episodes of Series 8. He might have also appeared in a few of the teaser clips of Missy that aired throughout the series, but I don't remember for certain.

  7. HowlingSnail   Ironically, even the producer of Doctor Who during the 1980's, the late John Nathan-Turner, had been accused in 2013 (via a book) of taking advantage of young male fans during his tenure.  I don't know if any of the accusations have been substantiated though.
