  1. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I've noticed throughout my lifetime that long hair Chihuahuas tend to be more mellow and short haired ones more temperamental. No idea why the hair length would make a difference unless the gene for that is somehow connected to the temperament gene.

  7. I used to work with this one girl whose baby kept on getting sick. One day, while relaying her child's latest illness to me and another co-worker, she said she couldn't understand why the baby kept getting sick because she always kept the house sanitized. My co-worker and I said almost in sync, "That's why the baby is getting sick".

  9. I used to have a Chihuahua (not the one in my profile pic) who absolutely hated toll booths. It didn't matter if they were manned or not, he'd always bark at them when my dad stopped to pay.

  13. Ages ago, my family had a record of sound effects and one of them was of puppies crying. My girl Chihuahua at the time went nuts looking for those "puppies", yet she never had puppies of her own.
