  1. Not only does Trump have those options, as long as he's President, he can give a press conference, have his press secretary read whatever he has to say, or hold one of his rallies.

  2. The First Amendment to the US Constitution only guarantees that the government won't prevent you from or punish you for exercising your right to free speech. It does not require private companies to give you a platform for that speech.
