  2. @Justin BiEber: Actually, this year isn't a presidential election year. This year we're electing the members of the entire House of Representatives and a little over a third of the members of the Senate. The reason why Trump and others are talking as if Trump himself is up for election is that if the control of one or both of those chambers swings to the Democrats, that's pretty much the end of the Trump presidency. At best, Democrats will block just about anything Trump suggests. At worst, Trump will find himself facing impeachment.
