  1. Common sense should have told that couple that when you're in a relatively enclosed space with thousands of other people, there's always a chance that you could contract something (and I say this as someone who's been on three cruises and hope to go on more sometime in the future).

  2. 1:41 -- If the laws of Australia allow ships registered to other countries to operate in its waters without having to adhere by its laws, then I don't see how this guy or anyone else can claim the cruise lines are engaged in tax and regulatory evasion. "Evasion" implies illegal action. A better term would be "avoidance".
