The graphic I saw last night didn't show any Republicans voting for impeachment. There were two or three Democrats who voted against each article, however. The 62 million figure that one representative was referring to was how many Americans voted for Trump, not how many people live in the US.

Investigating the possible crimes of private citizens (which is what Joe Biden is officially) is not Congress' responsibility. Any evidence of criminal activity would be investigated by the Department of Justice.
