Let's say I ask to come visit you at your house. You say, sure, but please don't harass, intimidate, or threaten the other guests. The concept is essentially the same between Jones and the platforms that banned him. They claim he violated rules (rules that he had to agree to abide by before setting up his accounts, by the way) regarding behavior such as harassment, so as a private company, they were within their rights to remove him from their "property".
