  1. If that were to happen, Trump could find himself without a Twitter account. Do you think Twitter wouldn't ban any accounts that could possibly open it up to lawsuits? For example, if Twitter could be sued now for the content on its site, Joe Scarborough would have grounds for a libel suit against Twitter for allowing Trump's tweets that are accusing him of murder. Twitter would want to prevent problems like that, so it may not have much choice but to block accounts it knows are contentious , including Trump's.
