  1. If I was into conspiracy theories, I'd definitely be looking hard at the Republican Party and/or like minded supporters. It's the Republicans who could benefit from people casting their votes based on Trump's fear mongering.

  2.  @jasonhayford4014  Exactly. This doesn't help the Democrats at all. If I was into conspiracy theories, I'd say it was Trump, the Republican Party, and/or like minded supporters that are behind this to scare enough people into voting for Republican candidates for Congress.
