  1. I'm glad the family got it back, but it seems to me to be a wasted effort if they aren't going to use it.

  2.  @LadyDevastating  The video mentioned that the county is going to lease the land from the family and will have the option to buy in two years' time. It's the family's land to do with what they wish, but if it was me, after fighting so hard to get it back, I'd be doing something with it that wasn't essentially letting the people who kept the land from me continue to use it, even if they are paying me rent.
