  1. At the time the decision to bring down the other half of the building was made, it was uncertain if Elsa was going to affect the Miami area. If the storm was going to head that way, there was concern that the remaining part of the building would collapse while searchers were looking for bodies, not to mention the extra debris on top of the original debris that would have to be sifted through afterwards. You may be right as to the collapse hindering the investigation, but the protection of human life and retrieving the bodies for their families as quickly as possible should take precedence.

  7.  @JCX-9  It made sense enough for you to try and deflect from it in your previous post, but I'll be nice and try to reword it so it's easier to understand: No one else in the world knew this building existed before it collapsed. Why would it be a target for terrorists?
