  1. +lauren dyet Assuming you're referring to the current program starring Benedict Cumberbatch, you can see the exterior of "221B Baker Street" on North Gower Street in London. I don't believe you can visit the set where the fictional flat's interior is located because that's only set up when filming (or so I was led to believe). Since Torchwood isn't currently on the air, I doubt the interior of the Hub is still set up. However, you can visit the area that's above where the Hub was located (Mermaid Quay at Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales).
