  1. +Fanboy Killer That's why it never made sense to me why quite a few of the insurance companies here in the US would (up until Obamacare was passed) refused to pay for birth control pills. I've never seen any statistics to back this up, but I would imagine that keeping a woman on birth control during her child bearing years would cost the insurance company less money in the long run than paying for pregnancies and the actual children up until adulthood (which according to Obamacare, is now 26 years old). I'll get off the soapbox now. 🙂

  2. +Fredrik Jonsson Depends on where those seats are at. If you can't see the singer from where you're sitting except on the big screens, then $40-$50 is a waste of money.

  3. +Darxis And when you sell it back, even if it's in pristine condition (no highlighter lines, notes or other damage), you get maybe $25 for that $150 textbook.

  4. That's similar to the concessions at the movies. When you step foot onto Disney property, it has a captive audience, so it can charge almost anything it wants. Having said that, the last few times I was at Disney parks, it was half and half as far as outrageous prices. Yes, the food and drink are usually way more than off site, but not all the souvenirs are. I noticed that if it's not labeled with the Disney name or a Disney character (e.g., items sold at the country pavilions at World Showcase in Epcot), the prices are more reasonable.
