  1. It's only racist if you think Sam Wilson shouldn't be Captain America only because he's Black. I've only seen three MCU movies (Doctor Strange, Infinity War, and Endgame), so I may not have all the facts to support my opinion, but isn't Bucky still dealing with his PTSD or whatever from being the Winter Soldier? Perhaps that's why Steve decided to pass on the shield to Sam because he knows that Bucky wasn't ready.
