Martin Guzman   I'm sorry you misunderstood my post.  I wasn't stating that the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus was fiction.  Just that any movie featuring Him is because it will inevitably end up showing Him or the people around Him say and do things that aren't directly mentioned in the Bible.  Plausible dialogue and actions, yes, but still fictional. Hope that cleared things up for you.   : )

  2. +Matthew Brunette Unless someone can show me an actual transcript that recorded every word that every person in that battle said that matches the dialogue of the movie, I maintain that the movie is just as much a fiction as The Passion of the Christ. Both are based on true events, but include plausible fictional scenes and dialogue to help tell the story. : )
