  2. +Cyndi Keely I'll be the first to agree 100% that what President Bush did was inappropriate (regardless of the gender of the recipient) and it's pretty obvious to anyone with eyesight that Chancellor Merkel didn't welcome the gesture. But sexual harassment? That I don't agree with, based solely on that clip. I don't think Bush was trying to come on to her or otherwise be disrespectful. And, by the way, I'm a woman. 🙂
