  2.  @benjatorres6208  There are two separate procedures to remove a President. The first part is impeachment, in which the House of Representatives votes on whether or not to accuse the President of conduct that warrants his removal from office. The second part is the trial in the Senate, in which the Senators determine whether or not the accusation(s) are valid and severe enough to remove the President from office. In Trump's case, history is going to show that he was the third US President in the history of this country to be impeached, yet not removed from office.
