I can't claim to be a Constitutional scholar, but I don't see why not. People like you and I can be arrested and tried for different crimes no matter how many times we're acquitted. For example, if I was acquitted today of murdering my spouse, that doesn't mean I can't be arrested and tried later for robbing a bank. I'm fairly certain the same could apply to the impeachment of a President. Just because Trump was impeached (yet not removed from office) for certain offenses shouldn't mean that he couldn't be impeached later for a different set of offenses.
