  1. This is a good example of how the awful presentation of a good argument can negate the point trying to be made. I actually agree with the point the mayor was trying to make as far as not giving special treatment to any specific demographic, but all that went out the window the moment he said "colored people". By the way, who (besides this mayor) still uses the term "colored people"? I thought that died out with my grandparents' generation.
