  3.  @newport1141  Depends on what you're reading. If a 50 year old can't understand a book written for a five year old and she/he doesn't have a mental impairment, that can be considered stupid. On the other hand, if you're reading an academic journal in a subject area that you're not an expert in, you're probably not going to understand all of it, but it doesn't mean you're stupid, just not knowledgeable about the subject.
