In all the years I've been old enough to understand politics (somewhat), I've never seen so many people obsessed with the loser of a Presidential campaign.

There's a reason why law schools don't teach "Mommy, they did it, too!" as a defense method.

@cobrakai6209 Not according to the procedure set up in the US Constitution.

@cobrakai6209 Let's say it's proven that people acting on behalf of Trump, and with his knowledge, did any or all of the following: (1) Hacked into local and/or state voting machines and/or tabulators to changes votes and/or vote totals to benefit Trump. (2) Directly contacted voters to bribe or coerce them to either vote for Trump or not vote at all. (3) Hacked into local and/or state voter databases to change or delete voters' information to prevent them from voting at all. Whether it was an oversight or naiveté, there's nothing in the Constitution that addresses the possibility of a President obtaining the office through fraudulent means. The only thing that could be done under the Constitution in this hypothetical case is that Trump be impeached and removed from office. However, that wouldn't result in Clinton becoming President. The next President would be Pence. And even if Pence was impeached right alongside Trump, the next person in line is the Speaker of the House.

@swjackson917 Ask Trump. One of his campaign promises was that Clinton was going to jail.
