  3.  @dadmoo12  Okay, maybe "ugly" was too strong a description, but I still stand by my point that if I'm asking a serious question, I expect a serious answer. Speaking of the real answer you gave: I guess what I'm trying to find out is who gave this agency the authority to ban ads and impose penalties? Is it a voluntary agreement that a TV network adheres to or was the agency set up by the government?
