  4.  @bane3991  Why do you think I made the above comment? An employer should be able to decide if she/he wants employees that are vaccinated. Employees or prospective employees, in turn, have the freedom to adhere to that requirement or look for employment elsewhere.

  5.  @bane3991  Not the same situation, in my opinion, since there's no way I'm aware of in which a Black person can alter her/himself to look White or whatever race an employer would prefer. In other words, one's race can't be chosen, but people can choose to adhere or not adhere to an employer's requirement.

  7.  @bane3991  Again, I don't think firing or refusing to hire someone based on something she/he cannot change (e.g., race, gender, age, disability) is not the same situation as an employer setting a condition for employment that an employee or potential employee is free to abide by or refuse (and face the consequences of doing so). If you can't accept that as my viewpoint, then there's nothing more to discuss.
