  1. Assuming that you're referring to Biden, the very fact that he's the nominee shows that the Democrats don't want to win this election. The reason why I say this is because if you look at the past 45-ish years, the only times the Democrats have won the White House is when their nominee has been someone outside the DC establishment (or, in Obama's case, had only recently joined it). Biden is the very definition of a DC insider.
